Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items within 10 business days after the item is received. All returns must include the original packaging: any boxes, bags, and other packaging materials.
All custom jewelry that is made in a special size, special engraving, and specific metals are NOT eligible for return.
All sale, promotional, and customized items are FINAL SALE.
To process your Returns & Exchanges, email us at info@rovenyc.com with your order number on the subject line and the item you are returning with the color and size.
We offer pre-paid USPS return labels, however a return and exchange shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
ROVE does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit-- please be sure to package your items with padding and care for your own protection.  
For Exchanges, please place a new order for the item that you want and will process a refund for the item that you are returning back to us.
Once your package is received, we will promptly issue a refund once the goods have undergone a quality control check. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Credit will be processed within 10  business days of reception, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
We will repair manufacturing faults our jewelry at no cost within 6 months of purchase date. We have the right to refuse the repair at our cost if the goods are returned after 6 months.
